Very relieved to see so much attention being paid to the tax side of things - as well as business structure. 
 
There are some many people out there who can all tell you great ways of making money - but that's not much good if you can't hold on to it. read all the intro/jargon buster - Saturday morning started on week 1 wrote and re-wrote and amended all my lists. (was actually quite difficult)
 
Estate agent phoned about a property we'd viewed a few times, wanting to know our decision about the property.  I'd spoken to this agent on numerous occasions over the last month and I thought I had clearly explained all about our investment plans etc (such as they were pre PIPS.)
 
This conversation was very different - I was in control.

It actually didn't cross my mind that I had to once again justify why I didn't want the property at the stated price.  Neither did I feel embarrassed at saying I would only consider it suitable if there was 10% + worth of equity in the deal.  This time I told her the property was of no use to my bigger plan.  It wasn't cost effective to my business and would only suit someone who was looking for one property to give them a small monthly income and that wasn't me.

I found PIPS on the internet and was interested, but having read through the ad it seemed too good. Everything I had been looking for in one manual, but I thought it was expensive so I carried on researching.

I saw an advert for a free two hour property investment workshop in Leeds - about 50 miles from where I lived. A long way to go if it didn’t work out. At the end of the presentation they tried to sell me a seminar investment course for a half price deal of £2500 ,WOW !

I went home with a big smile on my face. It made me realise just how good value the PIPS course really was.

I bought it the next day.

As a result of PIPS, I’ve already set goals and worked out my strategy for the local area. It’s been easy to follow the course with all the information you could need - loads of very useful tips and insights to get you started.

I’ve also found the Members website very useful. Particularly the property alerts and the investment calculator. Just put in the info and it works out the deal for you to see if it stacks up.
