There are some many people out

I found
PIPS on the internet and was interested,
but having read through the ad
it seemed too good. Everything
I had been looking for in one
manual, but I thought it was expensive
so I carried on researching.
I saw an advert for a free two
hour property investment workshop
in Leeds - about 50 miles from
where I lived. A long way to go
if it didn’t work out. At
the end of the presentation they
tried to sell me a seminar investment
course for a half price deal of
£2500 ,WOW !
I went home with a big smile on
my face. It made me realise just
how good value the PIPS course
really was.
I bought it the next day.
As a result of PIPS, I’ve
already set goals and worked out
my strategy for the local area.
It’s been easy to follow
the course with all the information
you could need - loads of very
useful tips and insights to get
you started.
I’ve also found the Members
website very useful. Particularly
the property alerts and the investment
calculator. Just put in the info
and it works out the deal for
you to see if it stacks up.
All in all great value, PIPS is
probably the best investment I
